Short Bio Andrew Suton
I've been a videographer and photographer underwater for over 10 years, though not always in the public sector, and diving for over 17 years. With Dr Martin Guard I took a keen interest in Southern Tanzania and the Marine Park at Mnazi Bay and Msimbati peninsula and we created the Eco2 Dive Centre in Mikindani.
For 10 years I have worked closely with the Rwandan Genocide charity SURF (Survivors Fund) both in the UK and in Rwanda as a photographer and videographer, and have gained a good working knowledge of the country and surrounding regions, as well as a good relationship with the Rwandese overall.
I have also worked with Spafax Airline Network as a destination videographer, enabling me to work with Royal Jordanian, Emirates, Qatar and Sri Lankan Airways.
Back in Europe I am a director of NiceImages, a photographic and video studio, with offices in London and Madrid, where we shoot primarily for the Internet: product and fashion as well as producing video work for the web.
An interest in computers and cameras has been the core of my work , and I am still inspired by technical developments as well as the natural beauty realised by digital photography and videography.
I have an overwhelming passion for Cetaceans and a deep fascination for the movement of animals underwater.
